"Adopt a Resident" for Christmas and sign out a resident stocking to be returned back to Activities or Nursing Station by December 8th with the stocking number and initial on your gift please be sure to sign the paper with your name and phone number so we can reach out to you if we need to and Thank You 🎄🎅🎄

The entire staff of Maple Winds would like to thank Jamie Blake of Penn Hospice INC. , Jesse Bardell of Pinnacle Catholic Hospice Care Bobby Howsare of Upmc Home Health and Portage Fire Department the fire truck is always a hit.
