Small Group Training at Pure Movement
If you’re looking for a high-value training experience without the chaos of large group classes, our Small Group Training might be the perfect fit.
Each class is limited to just 4 participants, allowing us to provide individualized coaching, proper technique guidance, and a more personalized experience—all within a supportive group environment.
We currently offer three programs:
1️⃣ Building Better Bones
A strength-based program focused on improving bone density, balance, and overall strength—ideal for those looking to stay active and resilient as they age.
2️⃣ Breathe, Stretch, Grow
A full-body movement class that blends breathing, mobility, and strength to improve alignment, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
3️⃣ Balanced Athlete
A mobility-focused class designed for active individuals who want to move better, prevent injuries, and complement activities like running, lifting, and pickleball.
We are actively adding new members each week, and as classes fill, we will continue expanding our schedule with additional class times.
