On Monday, I went to physical therapy and it helped my right knee from hurting and I went into the kitchen for dinner and didn't use the wall to keep myself from falling. I'm trying to better myself so I won't feel so helpless. I'm not one to be dependent on someone except my 2 brothers. They help (helped) more financially and mechanically. As for my health, I hate asking for assistance. If I have too, I will. Have a great night, I am hoping too!

I don't try to ask for too much, but asking a question shouldn't result in being disrespected. I just want to move out as peaceful as possible, but I know someone is testing my anger 😠 because I am about to lose my mind. I can't keep feeling mistreated because I'm tired of it! It's been going on for 35-36 years. I'm done pleasing my family.

I went to my first physical therapy appointment. I have to work on my balance because I noticed that I was constantly swaying. They did the balance test with my eyes open and then closed. My balance was a little better when my eyes were closed..
My left leg is stronger than the right leg. I didn't know that because of the fall I had in August of 2024. Plus, I told them I consider myself to be clumsy. I will have therapy 3 times a week for 8 weeks. I hope this works out to improve my movement and I will be in less pain and hopefully my oxygen level will improve too.

I woke up with no energy, physically drained and my body was sore. I eventually started to get some energy and not as sore and did a few small things in my bedroom. Then, I started cleaning off the dresser and I somehow managed to fall out of bed and caused a sore right shoulder. Afterwards, I called it quits for the day. My nephew cleaned out my trunk and so, he can load it up tomorrow and I can continue moving out. He also loaded half of the backseat with my stuff. I am going to start physical therapy Thursday morning. I can't wait because I want to get back to moving around like I used too before April 2024. I shouldn't feel like I am struggling to get in and out of my car. My muscles are weak and it makes everyday life harder than it used to be.

I was a busy bee 🐝 today. I'm in the process of moving and I had a doctor appointment with my Primary Doctor. He is finally sending me to physical therapy. I need to start testing my sugars. He wasn't happy about that. I admitted it was because of being lazy. I have to get labs done and go back in a month. He wasn't concerned about the oxygen being low, but when I explained that I can't work with this machine attached to me. He was concerned about the Ascites which I see my cardiologist later this month. I'm relaxing for the night and I'll start back up in the morning. I can't wait to leave this house. Too many memories, and now that I don't need to worry about my nephew, I am taking advantage of leaving while I can. I will be close by if my niece needs me for anything. Have a good evening.

This morning, I took my great-niece out for lunch because she didn't go on her actual birthday. So, while her Mom was out shopping for her party this afternoon/evening. She had a coupon for a free kids meal. She ordered steak with steak fries and a Sprite. I ordered a 1/2 slab of Ribs, a house salad with a loaded sweet potato. I had a glass of water with lemon. Plus, I ordered fried pickles because we like them.
I brought my lemon water home and added a little more lemon juice and cinnamon with a little sugar because we don't have honey. I'm not a fan of cinnamon, but I liked it in the water.
The birthday girl had a great day and became a little rich tonight. Lucky girl! 👧🏾

These past few days, I have been either busy or in bed.
Five years ago, on Tuesday, I lost someone who I watch grow up and we became really close when she started dating my brother. She was a good person who lost her life unexpectedly and left this world. She'll always be my Omi!
Then, three years ago today, my brother passed away. I knew he was ready to leave this world and be out of pain. I always thought I would be a nutcase when he passed, but I was much stronger than I knew I was. I know he would have been proud of how I handled every task I had before his wake and funeral. Even though I miss him, I am just happy that he's not suffering and he's up in Heaven enjoying the family and his friends who are there with him. He's finally with our mom and baby brother, his dad, his biological son and his wife.
I'll be on and off throughout the next couple weeks. Have a good weekend!
