Portersville Family Practice has exciting news!! We are now accepting new patients! Call the office for an appointment!

Rhiannon Hill is pleased to join Portersville Family Practice. She has over 8 years of experience as a CRNP in family practice. She is a 2001 diploma graduate of the former St. Francis Hospital where she was the recipient of The Paul Lynch Scholarship for acadamic excellence and The Fred Bruno Award. She received her undergraduate BSN degree from Waynesburg University in 2007. While continuing her education, she worked as a registered nurse. Rhiannon has over 15 years experience as a RN working telemetry, critical care, and trauma units. In 2015, she received her graduate degree from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA with a Master's of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified. She has experience providing comprehensive, high quality care to families. This also includes a passion for well women's care including routine PAP testing and breast exams.
Rhiannon resides outside of New Castle, PA on her family farm with her husband, Shawn and three daughters, Rian, Maelee, and Harley. Outside of work and the farm life, she enjoys biking, swimming, gardening, and any chance to go camping with her family and friends.

We would like to announce that we will have normal business hours moving forward with the current state of the nation. With this, however, we would like to remind our patients and families to call if sick. We will discuss with you if it will be appropriate to be seen. We are planning to incorporate Telemedicine this week to accommodate avoidance of any unnecessary spreading of COVID-19 virus. Also as a reminder, if needed or wanting swabs we DO NOT have any test kits. Don’t forget to wash hands!
