I told you, Good care is not a myth. Here at Sequoia Transitional Care, we really are dedicated to making people better. Sarah, our MDS Coordinator is a perfect example of excellence in the workforce. Her positivity, daily affirmations and continuous commitment to making people better is felt throughout the building. She's like a Four Leaf Clover, one in a million and we are so lucky to have her.
