🌀🌿Our healing journeys are incomplete without inviting the LIFE energy back in🌿🌀
To me, the emphasis on detox accompanied with the lack of conversation around replenishment reflects on how many of us are so focused on healing from the tough situations we’ve been through that we forget to actually invite joy and life in...perhaps the time has come to put the self-help books down, maybe you don’t need another tarot reading, maybe it’s time to take a BREAK from therapy, maybe it’s time to focus on your joy and sit with all the work you’ve done.

I will focus more on reminding everyone of the importance of replenishment + rejuvenation; alongside detox. When we are healing on a cellular level we need adequate minerals, antioxidant, sleep, a healthy diet, electrolytes to start to feel good, MIND + BODY. A lot of feelings come up when we are detoxing:
liver=anger
lungs=grief sadness
large intestine=holding on/letting go kidneys=fear
& In order to feel healthy and happy again we really need to emphasize the work we put into the restorative + replenishment practices that bring LIFE back into us.
