Here are 5 things every woman should know in 2026:
1️⃣ Most cervical cancers are highly preventable with regular screening and HPV vaccination.
2️⃣ HPV is extremely common — almost everyone is exposed at some point.
3️⃣ Screening guidelines have evolved, and HPV testing now plays a major role.
4️⃣ Painful or uncomfortable exams can lead to avoidance… which increases risk.
