Fire cupping is a fantastic method for treating all kinds of ailments, from pain to acute respiratory illness. A quick dip of a flaming alcohol-soaked cotton ball into the glass cup the moment before placing it on the body creates a vacuum that pulls up on the body's deeper tissues to promote fresh circulation of blood and fluids, helping the body refresh and detoxify.
