✨ it’s not a sexually transmitted infection
✨ it’s spread by close skin-to-skin contact with someone who has an active infection
✨ symptoms include: fever, headache, chills, rash
✨ “racial and ethnic minority groups appear to be disproportionately affected” -CDC

Now on to getting the vaccine!

There is a minute long message, and then you can leave a voicemail with your contact information.
They will ask about your sexual history.
They will ask you if you identify as someone at higher risk for Monkeypox.

I called on Sunday, they called back a few hours later, and I am getting my vaccine on Thursday.
