πͺ Recovery Tip Tuesday
If your shoulders live up by your ears, try this:
Inhale slowly through your nose for about 4 seconds
Gently shrug shoulders up, hold breathe for 2 seconds
Long exhale for about 6 seconds⦠let shoulders fully drop.
Repeat 5 times.
This resets tension patterns and calms your nervous system.
If your neck and shoulders are constantly tight, it may be time for targeted deep tissue work.
