If your shoulders live up by your ears, try this:

Inhale slowly through your nose for about 4 seconds

Gently shrug shoulders up, hold breathe for 2 seconds

Long exhale for about 6 seconds… let shoulders fully drop.

Repeat 5 times.

This resets tension patterns and calms your nervous system.

If your neck and shoulders are constantly tight, it may be time for targeted deep tissue work.

Along with the move, I’ve updated my office hours to better serve you:

Monday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM (1 Saturday per month)

Thank you all for the wishes, thoughts, prayers and messages. I am healing and might be another week or so until I feel comfortable bearing weight in my hand/wrist. I have been able to do the PT exercises and I do have some wounds that need to heal up before I can return. Thankful for you all!đź’› And look forward to seeing you on the table hopefully soon!
