Please help us congratulate two outstanding Willamette View employees! LeadingAge Oregon presented awards last Wednesday, April 8, to our Director of Nursing, Cyndy Carpenter, and our Resident Care Manager, Tatayana Kashpar.
Cyndy received the Executive of the Year award, and Tatyana received the Caring Spirit Award. We are so proud of both of these women.

We're excited to share the last three Rock Star employees of 2025! Announced as winners last week were Melissa Scardino, Janitor, who took on the work of three people while two were out on leave; Caleb Young, who leads with integrity and takes pride in the quality of his work; and Chad Grove, who set up and decorated over 21 Christmas trees in December, each one with a different theme. Please congratulate these outstanding performers!!

It's time to announce our latest amazing ROCK STAR employees!

VINCE jumped in to action to help a department in need. Home Care needed a computer moved and set up in a short time frame. Vince made it happen with great customer service. He was flexible and friendly and it took a negative and made it a positive experience for the Home Care team.

AMBER is such a great team player! Even after moving to back of house, they're still so willing to help out front of house with anything we might need. They've really stepped up in the last year and are a joy to be around! They are always on top of their work, and deserve recognition for everything they do to help everyone else out on top of it.
