The Environmental Work Group (EWG) just released their 2026 list of The Clean Fifteen™ and Dirty Dozen™.

If these lists are new to you, here’s a brief overview: The Clean Fifteen™ are recognized for their minimal pesticide residues, suggesting that buying non-organic typically remains a safe choice. The Dirty Dozen™, in contrast, exhibit higher pesticide levels, so opting for organic when possible is advisable.
