This Sunday will be teaching a 1 hour Vinyasa class for the last time before she flys south for the Winter! Please join us for an indoor yoga class 11/7/21 at 10:30 AM ✨

Our studio is located at 3942 SE Hawthorne Ave., Portland OR. The yoga building is set slightly back from the main building. Parking is available on site.

Class will continue to be donation based, $15 suggested. (Sliding scale of $10 available upon request!)

To sign up, Venmo Joules directly:
Venmo= @ lightmindwellness
For the comment field just write in the date of class, (11/7/21). That’s it!

We can accommodate drop ins but if you want to be sure to get a spot, reserve ahead of time. We will post a notice if the class become sold out.

Joules will still be available until December if you’d like to book a private yoga session. If so, send her a DM!

The weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend! ☀️You know what that means… One more opportunity to have yoga in the park before Fall really sets in (and we move indoors).

Started from the Park, now we’re here! 🙌
Because we’ve had so much interest in continuing to hold classes throughout the rainy season- we’re doing it!
Check out our pretty indoor space! ❤️
It’s not practicing in the park, but with these floor to ceiling windows looking out to the beautiful garden- you’ll feel like you’re practicing in nature, all while you stay warm and dry! 🌿🌿🌿

Studio conveniently located in SE Portland (Hawthorne and 40th).

A one hour Vinyasa class taught by will be held Sundays at 10:00 AM. ✨✨✨

Classes will continue to be donation based, $15 suggested. (Sliding scale of $10 available upon request!)

Dates for our Fall schedule will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

Worried about the COVID Delta variant? We got you! 👌
This group was started as a way to practice yoga safely during the pandemic and as the current situation unfolds you may be feeling uncomfortable with practicing yoga in an indoor space.
Our classes are outdoors and attendees will be required to have their mats 6 feet apart to keep everyone safe!
You are also welcome to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.

So stay calm and yoga on. 💕
