Yntimate Li Ou was born from a powerful transition—a shift from more than 30 years of experience in traditional healthcare to a deeper commitment to holistic healing. After decades of serving in hospitals, homes, and community health roles, I felt called to create a space that centered natural therapies, preventative care, and emotional well-being.

What began as a personal passion for Reiki, herbal steaming, sound therapy, and other holistic practices soon grew into a dedicated wellness practice. Yntimate Li Ou was founded with the vision of blending evidence-informed care with nurturing, accessible therapies that restore balance and vitality.
From the beginning, my mission has been clear: to make wellness available to everyone. By offering sliding scale options, payment plans, and community-centered programs, Yntimate Li Ou ensures that financial barriers do not prevent anyone from experiencing the power of holistic care.

Today, Yntimate Li Ou is more than a wellness studio—it is a community space. Through workshops, group healing circles, and partnerships with local organizations, we provide not only services but also education, connection, and empowerment. Clients describe their experiences as deeply restorative, transformative, and safe, and many return because they feel truly cared for.
