Angie Kutsch, Executive Director, has loyally served at The Oaks at Lebanon through her career, beginning as a caregiver in 1990. She’s served as Executive Director for 18 years, a well-respected leader in the community.

Jenni Grove, Director of Sales and Outreach, has been serving seniors at The Oaks at Lebanon for almost nine years. She is a strong advocate of seniors and is active in the local community, supporting organizations and events like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Lebanon Strawberry Festival, Lebanon Chamber Ambassadors, and Lebanon Rotary.

Avamere at Sandy began the Thanksgiving season with a candlelight dinner! Residents enjoyed delicious Thanksgiving classics including cheese ball turkeys. 🦃Everyone had a wonderful evening shared with family and friends listening to live music over delicious food.

2020-present: Dr. Tsosie is a geneticist and bioethicist co-leading the first Indigenous-owned genomic research biobank. She is an advocate for Native data sovereignty and ethical AI use in health research.

Joelle Bearstail (Mandan, Hidatsa, Arikara Nation)
2021-2022: Joelle is leading digital language revitalization programs using apps and VR tools for Native language immersion.

Their leadership shows the power of representation and cultural preservation in modern society.
