April 11 - 17 marked the 10th anniversary of Black Maternal Health Week. ORH wants to acknowledge this important campaign started by the Black Mamas Matter Alliance to advance health equity for Black mamas and birthing people.

The 10-year anniversary celebration was officially last week, but we should continue to celebrate the power of the collective movement, nurturing thriving families and shaping a liberated future rooted in justice, healing and joy.

ORH is proud to offer scholarships to train this important workforce, including Sandy Guzman, and to support great programs such as Connected Care for Older Adults.
