We got out and did some bridge building in Hobstone Woods with Cape Elizabeth Land Trust this morning. Satisfaction of seeing our work enjoyed by trail users - priceless.

🙌 🌎❤️

The road (or trail) to a runners heart is food, as everyone knows. We also know we can’t do this annual clean-up without our volunteers and donors! We are getting super excited for Earth Day Plogging with a ton of fantastic thank you items (mostly food or drink) donated by community businesses that will be raffled to our many helping hands post-Plog. Mark your calendars, and join us to do good in our community!

NeRA

NeRA is an alliance of road and trail runners engaged in the use and stewardship of public space, as well as creating and managing races and community building events.

Our primary mission is to build a community that is centered around running, and to encourage more people to feel comfortable taking up the sport of running in all forms. Whether it’s road or trail, recreational or a race, there is a place for every body. Our secondary mission is to educate people on the physical and mental benefits of running, safety, injury prevention, nutrition, and the use of public space. We are a 501 (c)3 non-profit.

We seek to partner with land owners and managers to promote the sport of running, and bring awareness to the issues surrounding access to open spaces.

All are welcome here! Run with us!
