Some days you might crush your workout or eat exactly how you planned.
Other days, maybe you just take a 5-minute walk or swap out one snack for something better and with more protein. Either way, you’re moving forward.

This one hits the sweet spot. Easy to prep, packed with nutrients, and satisfying without being heavy. Whether you're post-workout or in between meetings, this lunch supports strength, recovery, and focus.
Servings: 1

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- ½ cup chickpeas (or grilled chicken)
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- ¼ cup diced peach or nectarine
- Handful of arugula
- Feta or dairy-free cheese (optional)
- Olive oil + lemon juice to dress
- Salt & pepper

Instructions:
Toss everything together or layer it into a jar if you're on the go. Chill until ready to eat. Simple fuel. Solid results.

Start the day with fuel that supports your goals, whether you’re lifting, running, or just handling everything life throws at you. This combo has protein, carbs, and fiber to power your morning without slowing you down.

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt or DF greek yogurt which is what I prefer)
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup granola
- 1 tbsp h**p seeds
- Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
- Optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter if you need more staying power

Instructions:
Scoop yogurt into a bowl and top with fruit, granola, seeds, and a little sweetness. Add peanut butter if you’re hungrier than usual. Fuel first. Performance follows.
SUPER SIMPLE and delicious. Sometimes I even throw my triple boost protein powder in with it to kick up the protein value! LMK if you want to try some.

When one product can do this much, it earns a permanent spot on my bathroom counter.

This oil is lightweight, super hydrating, and free from hormone disruptors. It soothes skin after shaving, works as a gentle makeup remover, hydrates dry patches, and even doubles as a beard or hair oil. It smells light and calming, thanks to ylang ylang, and feels like a mini moment of calm on a busy day. And doesn't cater to any gender which I love.

I’ve used it on sun-exposed skin, dry elbows, my melasma, even my kids’ legs after too much time outside. It absorbs fast, doesn’t leave a greasy layer, and keeps skin soft and happy for hours.
