(1) the first step is to stop taking sugar, without sugar in your body, cancer cells will die a natural death.
(2) step two is mix a whole lemon with a cup of hot water and drink it for about 1-3 months first thing before food and cancer disappears, maryland college of medicine research says 1000 times better than chemotherapy.
(3) the third step is to drink 3 teaspoons of organic coconut oil, morning and night and cancer will disappear, you can choose either of the two therapies after avoiding sugar. ignorance is no excuse; I've been sharing this information for over 5 years. let everyone around you know. god bless you.

Well hello ladies! ☀️🌺
How is everyone doing? What’s going well? What’s difficult?

I personally have been staying active throughout the winter months, but this is not enough anymore. Unfortunately being in my 40’s it does get more difficult in maintaining a good weight and overall health. I didn’t want to accept this, but I see now that’s true. 🙈

So what’s going well for me? Definitely staying active, exercising to keep my mobility and strength and for my mental health.
Intermittent fasting has been very helpful this past year and getting in my daily dose of greens. I have done several detox cleanse protocols that have been very helpful for my microbiome. I am happy to share if you are interested in any of the detox options. 🌿
