Happy Thanksgiving! This is that special time of year when we hit the pause button, soak in the present moment, and reflect on the things that make our life so meaningful: the people, places, cherished memories, and magical moments that make our hearts dance with joy. It's a time when we gather with our loved ones, family, and friends, and share in the spirit of gratitude.
Around the table, we often pose a simple yet profound question: "What are you grateful for?"
I invite you to join me for a moment of reflection for all of the blessings in our lives, both grand and seemingly small. By focusing our attention on appreciation, we’ll find even more to be grateful for!
As you spend time with your loved ones this week, take a moment to notice all the beauty around you. What can you choose to be joyful about? Who deserves your heartfelt "thank you" this year?
Share with those you love and the people around you what they mean to you. Thank them with simple kindness and voice your appreciation. Send a note, share a smile even if it’s with a stranger. You might even consider offering a prayer — you don’t have to be religious or spiritual to do it. The most powerful prayer I know is simply: thank you. 🙏🧡
