Understanding trauma starts with shifting the question from "What is wrong with me?" to "What happened to my internal sense of safety?"

What is an IOP program? An Intensive Outpatient Program offers structured, supportive mental health care for individuals experiencing moderate to severe symptoms that impact daily life.

Our IOP provides at least 10 hours per week of therapeutic support, including group and individual therapy, along with psychiatry when needed. Group sessions create space to build coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and connect with others who understand what you are going through.
