For years (decades?!) my focus was solely on my physical health.Â
When I moved from the fitness space into health and life coaching, I began by supporting women in what I knew best â building the âhealthy habitsâ to maintain a body that felt good, felt strong.Â

And while I know that physical health is SUPER important to our overall wellness (I mean, we do only have one precious body in this lifetime), it is only ONE piece of our holistic well-being.

The ROCKSTAR Framework & Practices was born out of my own journey and seeing what women like you ACTUALLY needed to find long term sustainable change â in body, mind and being.Â

It IS possible to live a life full of energy, clarity, confidence and JOY.

Yes, the healthy habits (Foundational Fab 5 as I now refer to them as) are important, as are getting really tuned in with your:

-Nervous System Regulation & Resiliency
-Environment, including creating your own Rockstar Community. WHO you surround yourself with matters

True transformation and change IS possible. What women are often missing is their own personalized road map and a community of support. You donât have to do this alone.
