Dear Valued Clients, Thank you for your continued support and trust in the care that I provide. I have a couple of quick updates to share with you.

Starting May 1st, there will be a small price increase on my massage services. This helps me keep delivering the best care with high-quality products. I really appreciate your continued support-it means everything!

The good news-I’ve added a few new offerings to the menu that I’m really excited about! (As mentioned above)

I'm thrilled and deeply honored to participate in the Rock Around the World Fundraising event. The proceeds will directly benefit the Make it Happen program, which supports language minority students in achieving academic excellence and college readiness.

The event will include international dancing, featuring dance instruction with performers from Cambodia, Afghanistan, India, and Cuba, among others! International cuisine, and over 50 silent auction items.

There are still tickets available (21 and over to attend)– join in the fun on April 26th and help make a difference!

Let me introduce you to my little friend, TENS.
This guy and I have become besties, and here's why:

TENS- Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation works miracles by reducing pain signals traveling to the brain. Thus reducing pain and facilitating muscle relaxation.

When you have chronic back issues or generalized muscle pain, this little guy is a lifesaver. I wear it after a long day of massage, sometimes I wear while working and have even fallen asleep with it on. It is non evasive and saves my my stomach and liver from having to rely on NSAIDs and Tylenol.
You can pick one up for about $30, and it's worth every penny!
