Also another special thank you to my two helpers! Hallie helped load, and unload alllll the boxes, and my friend Naomi helped unpack and organize toys! Don’t let that little cart fool you, we made so many trips with so many boxes. 🤗💪 It was a lot of hard work but we got it done!! 🤗♥️ We are all stocked up and ready for more free developmental check-ups!

Tomorrow is the day! We are headed to Toddlertown Early Learning Center in Portland, Indiana, to begin our series of developmental check-ups. We are so excited to begin!

Little Petals Playhouse was the PERFECT place to begin our mobile developmental check-ups! Caregivers assisted every step of the way making it fun for the kids with a familiar face helping out. We had so much fun and saw 10 babies/toddlers!!!

👩‍💼 Q: Can you tell our audience a bit more about who you are?

💬 Hi! My name is Emily Reynolds and I am a woman who has many roles (aren’t we all?). I’m walking this path with my true love, my husband Rodney. Together, we have three wonderful kids—Lainey, Emmitt, and Hallie—plus an amazing new daughter, our foreign exchange student Sonachi from Okinawa, Japan! When I’m not working, I love running kids to practice, cheering at soccer games, sewing, knitting, and antique shopping. 🧵⚽🛍️

🌟 Q: What inspired you to start your business?

💬 I saw so many kids who had needs that weren’t always addressed in the classroom, or who didn’t qualify for the help they needed. I felt a strong urge from God to step in and do more. That calling became my driving force on the tough days, and God opened the doors for me to walk through at just the right times. 🙏💖

💡 Q: What makes your business unique?

💬 ReSprout Therapy is highly specialized and not your typical “occupational therapy.” I focus on primitive reflex integration and have a unique eye for evaluation. This approach gets to the root of the problem—treating the cause, not just the symptoms. Families see lifelong changes that truly “stick.” 🌱✨

💪 Q: What advice would you give to other women starting their own business?

💬 1️⃣ Have a strong support system. 2️⃣ Stay determined, even on the hardest days. 3️⃣ Network—even if it feels out of your comfort zone. Meeting other people and businesses has been such a blessing for me. 🤝💼

🌸 Q: Is there someone who has been a strong influence on your journey?

💬 My friend Brianne Kelly, owner of Pivotal Physical Therapy, has been such an incredible support. Having another female business owner who balances family life, sports, meal planning, and running a business has been so valuable for me—both personally and professionally. 💕

Sometimes it’s the little things that bring us joy…today a mom brought her surgery scissors to my office to do surgery on my printer to remove this card that had been stuck in there for over a year! 😂 It wasn’t even her child who stuck it in there 😂🤗 . My printer has still worked so it hasn’t been a big deal at all….but this was the most thoughtful gesture!!! Thank you!! ✂️♥️
