1. How easy do you find it to say “No” to other people’s expectations? Where in your life do you have difficulty saying “No”

2. What impact on you does not saying no have?

3. What is your belief that you have that keeps you from saying no?

4. How did you learn that story?

5. Who would you be then if you did say no?

6. What are you not saying “Yes” to?
