People are engaged in the workout – not just mindlessly putting in their time. If that is what you are looking for we can point you in the right direction (like 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness, where nobody knows your name). We carefully plan our programs to give you a constantly varied, yet balanced workout. Our coaches will be teaching and guiding you from start to finish. You’ll know the names of everyone you are with and chances are you will join them for a happy hour after a workout sometimes. Step one in getting fit is understanding how your body moves; that's why we teach the basic mechanics first! Once you've learned the fundamentals of squatting, pushing, and pulling, the possibilities for exercises are endless and you can start to crank the intensity during group classes. We're gettin' a lil deeper today on the socials yall, cause we have big feels about today's topic. There are really important things about these answers we want yall to consider; yes we are building strong bodies and strong bones, but we are also developing people who believe in themselves.

The answers all have a common theme; you thought you couldn't, but you in fact *can*, if you just give yourself the opportunity to do so.

Fitness and strength training gives you an opportunity to see your hardwork pay off over time, little by little, until one day you wake up and realize you can do (really) hard things.

YOU did that. YOU made that happen for yourself. Not anyone else.

Coach .waltz is absolutely magical, and is an expert at building workouts that are accessible, creative, and fun, while increasing strength, balance, and coordination.

Happy New Year!!! Don't know about yall, but we are heckin' R E A D Y for 2025 to go bye-bye and to call in some new energy for 2026. One thing we are bringing with us into the new year though; the gym. Teehee. See you tomorrow to start accumulating bike cals and thruster reps for our 2026 wrapped 😜
