GYROTONIC® for Dancers utilizes the GYROTONIC® method in targeted exercises to facilitate the high level of dynamic stability and expansive range of motion required for Contemporary and Classical dance techniques. It is useful for advancing athletic performance and supporting increased access to artistry as well as for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

This class is appropriate for those with a working knowledge of dance fundamentals or a basic understanding of GYROTONIC® Exercise.
