Register now for this engaging virtual workshop where participants are invited to move beyond traditional notions of cultural competence and explore how cultural humility fosters authentic therapeutic relationships and helps address power imbalances between clients and practitioners.

Grounded in principles of occupational justice and informed by real-world practice examples, it offers practical strategies for incorporating cultural humility into everyday clinical decisions.

One week ago, we had a wonderful experience volunteering at the Portland Food Project! We had 3 OTPs, 3 students, and one retired OTP. It was a successful day carrying food to be divided and distributed to various food pantries in Portland.

Here is an opportunity to participate in a study exploring the work environment of LGBTIQIA2S+ Occupational Therapy Practitioners (OTPs). Demographic information will be collected, and data on mental health, microaggressions at work, and job satisfaction will be collected through three surveys. Participants will be entered into a raffle to win one of two $25 gift cards.
