🌀A NEW Timeline:

This past September was a powerful eclipse month when many of us have entered a new timeline or have been called to step into a new way of being (I share about things like this in my newsletter and Empress Mama Circle).

🇮🇹 For me, this was the month when I moved into a new house in Italy. This summer we toured Tuscany and Marche to find a place to settle and we fell in love with Pietrasanta (it means sacred stone).💎

This area is surrounded by nature (sea, hills, mountains) and the energy is very grounding. It’s an invitation for all of us to slow down and be more into our feminine energy (after years in the overactive masculine of the US). 🌊🌲🏔️

This is a homecoming for me (being born and raised in Italy). Yet I’m not the same person I used to be. I bring with me my journey of becoming a mother and a healer in the US, the place where I had my spiritual awakening.

As I reopen my coaching practice here in Italy, of course keeping an international base, my heart is filled with gratitude for the opportunity to be in this area of the world and soak in this grounding energy.

The bold choices that I made in my life (moving to different places in different continents), reinventing myself, and following my heart against all odds), have allowed me to grow beyond time and space, in a quantum way.

💫 As I stepped into this new timeline, for me, my family, and my business, I’m bringing all this love, wisdom, and healing energy into my practice with humility, grace, and devotion to the mystery that is this life.

👋 I’m Chiara, a mom coach and energy healer. I help moms-to-be and moms (in all stages) activate their feminine power and intuition, enabling them to create new legacies.

I embody what I teach having been through postpartum depression and anxiety, having experienced a traumatic birth and an empowering home birth, and practicing energy work, including with my 6 year old.

👑 Why the World Needs the Empress Mama Now

There’s a new kind of mother rising, and she’s not doing it for likes, labels, or lifestyle. She’s not following trends like holistic motherhood or gentle parenting. She knows what’s right for her and her family.

The Empress Mama is about:

Listening to the body, not the noise.
Not being afraid to feel emotions.
