🌸 The Gym Spring Schedule is LIVE
We’ve all been waiting for it and it’s finally here! The Gym at A Body in Motion is now running Small Group and Large Group training with Coach B.
➡️ Small Group Training
Open slots Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Small Group Training blends the benefits of individual and group training. Receive a personalized training program made based on your goals and complete it with the motivation of your community alongside you!
➡️ Large Group Training aka the Sunday Circuit
Sundays 10:15 am
$20/person
Join Coach B every Sunday for an hour long all levels circuit training class. Expect a mix of strength, conditioning, and mobility, with options for all fitness levels. Bring a friend, have some fun, break a sweat, and maybe stay after for a beverage or two!
