Slow down with us. ✨ Our Yin Yoga class at Float North on Tuesdays from 11am–12pm is an invitation to soften, linger, and settle into deep release. This gentle, meditative practice holds poses for several minutes at a time, using props to fully support the body and allow tension to melt from the deeper layers—fascia, joints, and connective tissue. Facilitated by the warm and inclusive Karmel Ungerleider-Abrams, each class offers space for quiet reflection, nervous system reset, and simply being as you are. $20 each (sliding scale available).
