Foundations of Shamanic Energetic Practice is a trauma-informed, experiential introduction to Peruvian Shamanic Energetic Medicine and Andean Mountain Wisdom. You will learn how energy medicine supports emotional well-being, clarity, and reconnection to self: through a direct experience in the body.
This class focuses on:
• understanding how healing begins in the body
• building regulation and presence
• learning how sacred space supports clarity and focus
• experiencing simple tools you can use in daily life
The experience is guided, accessible, and embodied.
You’ll leave with clarity, grounded awareness, and practical tools.
