A great listen for all medical and mental health providers, and really any body that eats. Great points about MDs not having ED training in med school, bias that larger bodies can’t have eating disorders or be healthy, the moral superiority of thinness, and the dangers of our culture’s rigid eating style and resulting orthorexia. Make sure to listen to the study at the end. If only all the tweens would listen to this preventatively!
