Dr. Angela Potter PCOS Fertility Treatments for Women in Portland, Oregon

01/22/2026

After working with countless women with PCOS, I developed my PCOS Fertility Protocol and here’s how it can help you…

After working with client after client who had heard from their other doctor that it would be hard to get pregnant because of PCOS?

That’s when I knew I needed to make a change.

Because in my clinic, I was seeing periods become regular, ovulation came back on board, and women got pregnant naturally (even after being told IVF was their only option).

So that’s when I developed my PCOS Fertility Protocol.

In the protocol, I’ve created these key steps:
✨Clarity on your PCOS type
✨Comprehensive lab evaluation to help get to the root cause of your fertility struggles
✨Egg quality support
✨Hormone regulation
✨Nourishing fertility nutrition and gut health
✨Detoxification and toxic load

Are you getting this level of individualized and PCOS-specific fertility care?

If not, it’s knocking at your door.

Take the first step and book a FREE PCOS Fertility Breakthrough Session so you and I can talk about key missing links in your fertility care and what needs to happen in order to have the best chance at getting pregnant.

Book your free session here: drangelapotter.com/pcos

This session is perfect for you if:
✔️You’ve been ttc for the past 6 years and you haven’t even had a positive pregnancy test
✔️You keep being told that “your labs are fine and because you have PCOS you’ll have to go through IVF to get pregnant”
✔️You want to get to the root cause of your fertility struggles
✔️You’re willing to put in at least 6 months of time to optimize your fertility health.

If that sounds like you, book here: drangelapotter.com/pcos

Did you know that the best path forward for optimal fertility health is having an individualized plan?

Here’s why.

PCOS is a syndrome, it’s made up of 3 different symptoms.

You need to have at least 2 out of 3 of those symptoms in order to be diagnosed with PCOS.

So that means, your PCOS is different from your friends.

Because the 2 symptoms making up your PCOS could very well be different from hers.

And so when that’s the case, how can we expect that a one-size-fits-all approach works for everyone?

That’s a good question and one I ask myself everyday when I’m talking to women like yourself who have been put on this one-size-fits-all approach and they still aren’t pregnant.

With PCOS in particular, it’s key that you get a fertility plan that first identifies your individualized needs. And then creates an individualized plan that addresses those needs.

That’s when things open up with fertility.

Do you need help figuring out your needs and a plan that addresses those?

I can help.

Your first step is to book a FREE PCOS Fertility Breakthrough Session.

Have you been told your labs “look fine” and yet you haven’t had a positive pregnancy test after trying for the past 6 years? This is for you…

This is a typical story that I hear when women start to work with me and go through my PCOS Fertility Protocol.

They got off of birth control and their periods are all over the place.

They went to see their doctor, got some testing done and were told “everything looks fine”.

After that they were told that because they have PCOS their only option for getting pregnant is through IVF.

But that kind of fertility advice doesn’t sit well for them.

They are thinking, if everything “looks fine”, why am I still not pregnant? Why are my periods still irregular?

And they want to try other options before having the IVF conversation.

That’s when they find me and start going through my PCOS Fertility Protocol.

Does that story I describe above 👆sound like you?

And are you ready to get to the root cause of WHY you haven’t had regular periods and WHY you haven’t had any positive pregnancy tests over these years of trying to get pregnant?

And do you want to focus on optimizing your fertility health so you have the best chance at getting pregnant?

You’re in the right place and I can help you.

To get started, book a free (virtual!) PCOS Fertility Breakthrough Session. I’ll help you figure out important missing links to your fertility journey and share the single most important next step you can take to optimize your fertility.

The hidden truth about your period that your doctor (probably) hasn’t told you…

Your period is a key insight into your health.

Just like your heart rate or blood pressure.

If your blood pressure is elevated at a doctor’s visit, they will do everything they can to figure out why and what to do about it because they know how important it is to keep blood pressure in a normal range.

Your period is the same.

If you don’t have regular periods, then your doctor should be doing everything they can to figure out why and what to do about it.

And actually figuring out the deeper issue of WHY your period isn’t regular, instead of giving advice like:
-Everything will happen if you lose weight
-Try birth control
-You have PCOS and you will have irregular periods so you’ll need to have IVF to get pregnant

Your period is an important vital sign of deeper health. And how does that express itself? Through fertility problems

When I help clients improve fertility, I help them regulate their periods
When I help clients regulate their periods, I help them improve their fertility

Those two things go hand in hand.

You’re here because you want to fix those underlying issues that are keeping you from getting pregnant, am I right?

Understanding why your period isn’t regular and then getting a plan to fix that is the first step to optimal fertility with PCOS.

If you want to get pregnant with PCOS…

A one-size-fits-all fertility plan is usually not what brings on optimal fertility.

PCOS doesn’t respond well to a one-size-fits-all-approach.

I’m talking about one-size-fits-all approaches like:
-Just lose weight and everything will happen for you
-Your labs look fine, come back when you’re ready for IVF

PCOS does not fit into a box. Why? Because it’s a syndrome which means it is made up of a variety of different symptoms.

And that means that what’s leading to your fertility struggles is different from your friends.

So why should we expect that the same plan will work for both of you? We shouldn’t.

Instead, look for a doctor who is willing to give you an individualized fertility plan.

An individualized fertility plan is one that looks at what imbalances and deficiencies are unique to your body that are contributing to your fertility struggles.

And then that plan addresses those unique issues.

Do you see how different that is? 👏

If you need help with an individualized approach that addresses your specific fertility needs, I’m your doctor.

While ovulation predictor kits (OPKs) give you a fascinating window into the hormonal cascade required to release an egg, they don’t always tell the full story—especially with PCOS. You need to know that while a rise in LH is a great indicator, it isn't a 100% guarantee that ovulation will actually follow. Don't rely on just one simple marker; learn how to look deeper to ensure your body is truly ready for conception!

Ready for an inspiring story of overcoming PCOS infertility?

She came to see me after ttc for 6 years.

Periods were irregular, she wasn’t getting positive ovulation tests and she hadn’t had a single positive pregnancy test over those years of trying.

She was getting dismissed by fertility doctors, being told that IVF was her only answer.

But her goal was to get to the root cause of her fertility struggles and get those things addressed.

Which is how she found me.

She started working with me and following my PCOS Fertility Protocol.

Pretty quickly she started seeing simple results like sleeping better, more energy, and less puffiness which helped give her confidence to continue moving forward with the plan.

Within 6 months?

She was pregnant!

Do you want to be the next success story?

Start with a free PCOS Fertility Breakthrough Session.

On this call you and I will talk about the most important missing links in your fertility care and what you can do to start turning that around.

FERTILITY, PREGNANCY, POSTPARTUM

What exactly do my patients see me for? The most common things are fatigue, hormone balance, using herbs while breastfeeding, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, hemorrhoids, or nutrition counseling.

I am also passionate about helping mothers thrive through the postpartum time. Often, the focus of medical care switches to the baby once the baby is born. Rightfully so, that sweet baby needs lots of care and attention. But the mother has gone through one of the most significant moments in her life and has a lot of recuperating to do.

I see patients at my office in Portland, Oregon and through virtual distance consultations (you can be anywhere in the world and still work with me!)
