Monty's Batch No. 1 is an all natural hot sauce free of gluten, sugar and sodium and contains ZERO preservatives. Monty’s is created using a unique blend of hot peppers including Jalapenos, Ghost Peppers, and Habaneros. Monty adds a custom blend of spices creating the perfect match of flavor and heat, making this sauce great on everything. Add it to foods such as; eggs, potatoes, pizza, vegetables, pasta, pork, chicken, add into another sauce like ketchup, hot mustard, mayo..the list is never ending. Monty's is also an excellent marinade for meat or fish. Lets not forget the classic, Batch No. 1 is absolutely perfect for wings!
