Adam & Caitlin Walker seek to continue and enhance the philosophy of service and treatment of grieving families in their community. Their personal involvement with their community keeps them sensitive to the unique needs of local families, and revenue from services purchased remains in their own community. Adam & Caitlin have sought to attract and retain the best funeral directors and embalmers in our profession. Their confidence and relationship with their staff allows funeral directors the decision making flexibility to adapt to customer needs. When your family faces a crisis, we are here for you. The men and women of Conroy-Tully Walker are qualified by education, experience, specialization and training to care for your needs and provide you with the one-on-one assistance you deserve.
Our funeral directors have honed their skills by specializing into two Teams of licensed Funeral Directors. Our Care Center Team focuses on the care of the deceased while our Arranging Team focuses on the design and ex*****on of creative funeral services. Our Teams are supported with an extensive pool of part time staff, many with over 10 years experience. We have the personnel to adequately support any size funeral service with enough funeral attendants to insure guidance and comfort for any number of guests attending the event.

OUR FACILITIES
With two funeral homes located in the Greater Portland area, we are close enough to conveniently serve most families. Our chapels offer different decors, chapel sizes, reception areas and technological advances to adjust to a variety of personal service styles.
Families choosing cremation may rest assured their loved one never leaves our care until the scheduled cremation. Our secure identification protocol exceeds industry standards and our private family viewing allows families to es**rt their loved ones to the crematory, for personal piece of mind.
OUR CREATIVE PERSONALIZATION
Celebrating life the way it is lived requires a level of personalization unique to the resources of Conroy-Tully Walker. Families expect personal mementos, such as tribute cards and video productions, delivered on time with consistent quality. Conroy-Tully Walker employs a team of graphic and video artists available seven days a week. We use “state of the art” printing, graphics, video, technical and sound equipment. By producing and displaying personailized memorial products, we honor life and maximize personalized creativity.

Conroy-Tully Walker believes in counseling with families to learn their expectations then sets out to exceed them. We survey every family we assist and embrace their feedback to continually improve our service. Several years of survey scores show we are consistently rated “Excellent” by our clients. If unfortunate circumstances do not allow us to positively impact a family, leaving them dissatisfied with any of our professional services or facilities, we will reduce or eliminate that charge.
