When ever I make a habit or dietary change, I like to keep a written record of how I feel. I also find that this helps my patients get a better sense of how what they are doing effects them! 💪🧠🫁🫀. Tracking can seem like a pain at first but I find that as human’s any extra time we spend asking ourselves “How do I feel?” Is time we’ll spent.🙌. I put together a super simple tracking chart for pranayama that I’m using to help me keep track! I hope it’s useful for you too. Accessing the benefits of pranayama does not need to be complicated or difficult. All it requires is some time, your focus, a comfortable place to sit and a willingness to spend time with the sensations in your body. This basic checklist opens the doors to starting explore conscious breathing. The most simple practices like counting each exhale or paying attention to which parts of the body move when you breathe all begin with basic check list. ,
