The practice of Yoga Nidra is thousands of years old yet immensely relevant to our time. A systematic process of deliberate relaxation that combines breath, body-scan and imagery-based techniques to serve as a powerful antidote to overstimulation, burnout and exhaustion.
Our practice will include:
A brief sound bath to ground and release tension
Pranayama, or breathing techniques, for centering and calm
Yoga Nidra
Journaling for integration
