Hatha Flow with Molly Luther on Saturdays at 11 am
Movements are synchronized with the breath and at a slower pace than Vinyasa Flow. Sequences move through standing and floor poses, focusing on alignment, strength, and embodied movement. Classic yogic practices like pranayama, mudras, bandhas, and philosophical concepts are woven into the class. If time allows, also guided meditation or a moment of seated stillness at the end of each practice. Adaptations and variations offered. 🩵
