Synergy Spine Therapy Synergy Spine therapy was part of the Advanced Pain Management Center until early 2016. We understand the your pain interrupts your life.

However, by separating from APMC we have been better able develop specific programs and expand our reach working with patients from the greater Portland area. We still have a very close working relationship with Dr. Fiks and his entire care team at APMC and consult with them regularly. Our goal at Synergy is to help you rapidly resolve and recover from your current episode of back or neck pain. Then we give you a strategy and the confidence to prevent future episodes of pain and the ability to return to your work and leisure activities. As therapists we act like detectives, listening, testing and examining how your pain behaves. On the first visit we will begin to give you a deeper understanding of how your spine functions and what you can do to resolve your pain. You will come away with a sense of empowerment and control over your symptoms. Our years of experience has helped us understand what is relevant and what is important in knowing how to get patients better.
