As the weather turns, we’re getting back out there!

Softball is back, we’re getting out on the water, and spending more time up at the Ranch!

With trips to Katahdin and Acadia ahead, plus time spent giving back in the community, we’ve got a lot going on this season. Here are some highlights of what we have planned, with much more to come!

This is the real Foxhole stuff right here.

Seeing everyone out on the ice, whether it was their first time or they’ve done it before, just figuring it out together and bringing the energy as a group.

Watching everyone improve throughout the day is the best part. That’s what makes days like this so rewarding.

At Foundation House, we take curling extremely seriously. 🥌

Okay… maybe not that seriously. But it’s always fun watching everyone get better throughout the day and hearing the whole place erupt when someone lands a stone in the house.

Every winter we make the trip to the Belfast Curling Club, and by the end of the day it’s always awesome to see everyone improving, dialing in their shots, and celebrating when someone finally lands one in the house. Now the real question is which team will take the title… we’ll be back in three weeks for the championship to find out.

Winter hockey sessions at Troubh Ice Arena 🏒

We started with focused reps on shots and fundamentals, then transitioned into a competitive game.

Every other week, you can see the confidence and skill building. That’s what it’s all about.

It may sound silly, but small wins like making your bed in the morning matter.

When you wake up and make your bed, you’re starting your day by checking one thing off your list. And when you check things off your list, you start to feel better about yourself.

Accomplishing small things on a list can feel like you accomplished something, and that builds the motivation to keep going.
It’s the realization of “I did something, now I can do something more.” That’s how you rebuild momentum. One small win at a time.

At Foundation House, healing happens through kinship.
No hierarchy, no one left behind — just people showing up for each other.
