This Wednesday, April 20, Deanna and I will be teaching our second-to-last drop-in meditation class for the foreseeable future. If you've been wanting to join us in class, this is your chance to do so!

This month in class, we're exploring openness. This week, we're cultivating an open mind. All of us have thousands of thoughts per day, most of them non-resourceful. In class this week, you'll learn how to tap into the calm of your neutral mind (center of head). The neutral mind is where a whole world of calm lives.
Take an hour with us to relax and rest. Class is held on Zoom and includes breathwork, extended meditation, food for thought, and time for reflection.
