Rutgers University graduate, Jack Shulman is a computer scientist and physicist who is the former President of American Computer Science Association. Formerly contract consultant with At&T Bell Labs, CitiCorp, IGM, the US Dept. of Defense, he provided this testimonial about the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem):
