We are seeking a licensed Master Aesthetician to join our team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate is highly trained in advanced aesthetic treatments and committed to delivering safe, results-driven services in compliance with Oregon state laws and scope-of-practice guidelines.

Position Overview:
The Master Aesthetician will provide advanced non-invasive aesthetic treatments. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to client care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform aesthetic services within the scope of practice defined by the Oregon Board of Cosmetology
• Provide laser hair removal treatments in accordance with Oregon regulations and clinic protocols
• Perform radiofrequency (RF) microneedling treatments, following all safety and supervision requirements
• Assist in or perform non-invasive body contouring treatments, including CoolSculpting
• Deliver skin rejuvenation procedures such as laser resurfacing, pixel treatments, and other advanced modalities
• Conduct thorough client consultations, skin analysis, and develop customized treatment plans
• Clearly communicate treatment expectations, risks, benefits, and aftercare instructions
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
• Stay current with Oregon licensing requirements, certifications, and continuing education

Qualifications:
• Active Oregon Aesthetician or Advanced Practice Esthetician license (as required by state law)
• Certification and hands-on experience with laser devices and energy-based treatments preferred
• Experience with RF microneedling and body contouring technologies (e.g., CoolSculpting)
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, contraindications, and treatment safety
• Excellent interpersonal, consultation, and client retention skills
• Professional demeanor and adherence to ethical standards
