I chose Blooming as the theme for Women Write & Wine in March because it seems like I am always in the process of reinventing or reimagining myself in some way. Can anyone relate?

There is so much going on today that is out of our control. I feel a shift happening, ever so slowly. As bigger systems are breaking down, so are the old ways of doing things just don’t fit anymore.

I call this shift working softer. It’s a more feminine way of being. It’s not about pushing ourselves harder, being productive and heading toward burn out— it’s about living more in alignment and thriving.

One thing we do have control over is how we take care of ourselves and our energy. It starts with us.
