From the very first time that I called Mt. Hood Hearing they have been so very helpful and understanding. They have helped me to do all the prior authorization steps that my insurance needed and wanted. They helped me to not feel so overwhelmed throughout the process and it has been such a Blessing working with everyone in the office from Maddison at the front desk to Vlad the doctor who is so very understanding and compassionate about the people he works with to start to hear better.
