Let me start off by saying that I live in MI's Upper Peninsula, but visit Portland at least once a year to see our son, DIL and grandson. While visiting a couple of years ago, I had noticed a poster in the window that Mt Hood Hearing offered custom ear plugs. On this trip in March 2026, I finally called to get an appointment for a fitting before returning to MI this weekend. The receptionist was able to get me in promptly, understanding my tight timeframe. From scheduling to, pick up the entire process went smoothly. I cannot say enough about the entire staff. They are all very friendly, professional and I felt comfortable and welcome at each visit. Having worked myself in customer service for years, I truly appreciate a business that excels in this area. As one who strived to go above and beyond with my customers, I can say that this business does that, too. From the 3D ear scanning for custom fit, to instruction on insertion and removal at pick up today I couldn't be happier with each member of the team! I highly recommend them!! A+++
