🦅Eagle Pose: Upper Body Modifications
If you’re not able to fully wrap your arms in Eagle, no problem!
Here are two alternative options:
💪🏼Stack your arms: opposite hand to opposite elbow/bicep. This requires less mobility from your shoulders and can allow more room for bulkier shoulders/muscles!
💪🏼Bear Hug- stack arms (R arm under or L arm under based on the teachers cue) and instead of taking the forearm wrap, bring your arms into a hug. This has a great compressing and equalizing feel to it!
