We teach Synchronized Vinyasa, a yoga class that seamlessly matches movement and breath for a completely revolutionary fitness experience. The physical part of the class is intense, and is suitable and adaptable for all levels of experience, the only pre-requisite is an open mind.

She’s vivacious, open, present and authentic. Her teaching is special, not just because of her grounding voice, but the way she can speak what’s real in the moment with a level of vulnerability that many of us are still learning how to access. It’s so contagious and freeing.

This class has had a fan following for a long time… and with very good reason. It’s the kind of class that strengthens and tones without that drained feeling. The secret sauce? Breath intentionally synced to movement. Despite it being a vigorous experience, you will leave feeling mentally clear and accomplished. This class trains mental focus, body control and core strength.

This offering comes with a little twist—Ali will be leading, bringing her background as a personal trainer and her passion for strength training into the flow!

You can expect dynamic sequencing with core centric movements. Think: planks, warrior flows, floor work and conditioning drills.

The room is lightly heated for that sweaty feel you know and love.
