We teach Synchronized Vinyasa, a yoga class that seamlessly matches movement and breath for a completely revolutionary fitness experience. The physical part of the class is intense, and is suitable and adaptable for all levels of experience, the only pre-requisite is an open mind.

We think the timing on this hits *just* right.

In place of our regular Sunday morning 60 minute class comes a 90 Minute Power Yoga pop-up at the end of the month.

Fresh off the Thanksgiving holiday, this extended practice invites you decompress and shake off all the “go-go-go.”

You can expect the same flow you know and love with a few extra twists and turns that will engage and challenge your entire body. The extra time is not about doing “more.” It’s about breaking out of autopilot, practicing curiosity and exploring your edges.

This class will also feature optional hands-on assists by Alyssa. Hands-on assists are effective for experiencing more “felt” sense. They are designed to support and enhance, not correct or “fix” your body.

Whatever brings you in — the group breath, the sweat, the community, the stress reduction — you end up staying because something *clicks* for you.

It just hits different.

Because it’s so much more than just the poses and the sweat.

It’s a reminder that showing up matters.
That life is not meant to be done alone.
And that love is the whole damn thing.

✨participating in community sporting events or charity races…

✨socializing and laughing with friends and family around the holidays…

✨or flowing alongside 60 other like minded people in a 99 degree room…

🫧Collective effervescence 🫧

a powerful form of connection occurring in group experience characterized by interpersonal synchrony, unity and shared emotion.

This type of feeling reminds us of our shared humanity— that we all have the same basic need: to love and be loved.

You can now catch Darcy at the 9:00 Power and 12:30 Express classes.

If you know, you know…Darcy perfectly balances doses of motivation with intentional presence. She fires you up and grounds you down all at once.

Seeing people as *people* will bring you more peace than any breath work or yoga stretch ever could.

Our brains love to categorize, label and judge.

“He/she’s like me.”
“He/she’s not like me.”
“He/she is better/less than me.”

This mode of operating is inevitable as our brains search for safety. However, if left unchecked and subconsciously running the show, we set ourselves up for a life FILLED with tension. Tension that pervades every aspect of life: relationships, physical health, mental capacity and overall joy and resilience.

Choosing to see people
— NOT as threats or competition—
but as living, breathing beings with a past, traumas, insecurities, fears, families, values, basic needs…changes EVERYTHING.

Body softens.
Fear dissipates.
Heart opens.
Humanity pours out.

THAT’S the peace we’re talking about. ✌🏼🕊️

We’re feeling the love lately — and wow, are we grateful! 🥹🙏🏻

Classes have been full and energy is HIGH. Thank you for being here and being part of something bigger than just moving on a mat.👏🏻✨

While the yoga we practice within these four walls carries so much power, the way we carry it into the rest of our lives is where the real magic happens…

How we breathe when life gets chaotic.
How we respond when our comfort zone shrinks.
How we treat others when things don’t go our way.
How we move through our day.

Today, we’re sharing a few reminders — simple, but powerful ways to elevate not only your practice, but our studio vibe:

🔥Arrive mindfully.
Yoga happens in the transitions: commuting, preparing, waiting, settling. Give yourself the gift of a few extra minutes before class. Park mindfully, sign in and take a couple moments to breathe before Child’s Pose. We open doors 20 minutes before class.

🔥Connect with us.
Our team -new faces and OG ones - love putting names to faces. Take a moment to check in and say hi… even if you’ve been coming for years! 😉 We truly value building relationships and connections to each and every one of you.

🔥Mat space + shared space.
When classes fill up, closeness is inevitable. Make space, share the space, and be kind to the person next to you. Yoga means union — and that starts with our willingness to drop the strong urge to be an island.

🔥Tune in without the distractions.
We’ve created a space that intentionally builds hormetic stress and, in turn, resilience for mind and body. Leave devices, gum, and strong scents outside the room so we can all benefit from that. If you wear a fitness watch, please silence it before class starts.

🔥Short, sweet showers.
We love a post-class rinse, but please keep showers to 2 minutes so everyone has a turn and our staff can close up smoothly. The studio closes 20 minutes after class.

It’s so easy to get into a routine of the same movements.

The yoga…the weights…the cardio…you’re in the swing of it, it doesn’t take extra bandwidth and it feels like it’s doing the trick…

But over time, those patterns start to show their limits.

Repetitive activities often train muscles, but don’t always train HOW you move. Some muscles take over and dominate, while others fall to the wayside and grow weak leading to imbalances. Cue: tights hips and cranky shoulders or worse yet, injury.

You may feel conditioned with your routine, and perhaps strong with certain exercises, but not necessarily challenged or well-rounded in your approach.

Primal movement is a great way to engage your whole body with functionality and balance in mind.

Primal CORE is a 90 minute class that will target your core, as well as engage your entire body with movements that are intuitive and integrated.

Think:
-bear crawls to fire up your core
-crab walks for stabilization
-scorpion reaches for rotational mobility

These are all actions that move the body the way it was designed to.

Functional.
Fun.
Fierce.

This class beautifully complements a regular routine of yoga, strength training or physical activity. All levels welcome—modifications are always available.
