You don't have to be a current Housecall Providers patient to enter our hospice care. Housecall Providers Hospice welcomes adult patients who are new to us. Anyone can contact our office to request an introductory visit or a free evaluation from our clinical staff to determine if hospice is the right option for themselves or a loved one.

Hospice Liaison Laura Brooks presented valuable information to attendees and spent time connecting with community members at our table. We’re grateful for every opportunity to support, educate and empower families as they navigate end‑of‑life care with compassion.

Our hospice team hosted a rock painting event at SpringRidge to honor a beloved patient and offer support to staff. We shared memories, wrote inspiring messages, and found comfort in art together. Thanks so much to everyone who joined! 🍉🍓

Al, a beloved public defender and later an administrative law judge in Multnomah County, lived with post-polio syndrome for years before a sudden decline late in life. When he began to weaken significantly his doctor referred him to hospice, though not with the provider that would ultimately make the most meaningful difference for his wife Helen.
