We're not your typical Pilates studio. In fact, we're more than that. At IM=X Pilates and Fitness - Bethany, we work hard to be a support system for anyone who chooses to practice with us. Our powerful version of Pilates combines cardio, tower, barre, and weights for total cross-conditioning success. And on top of offering a great workout, we offer our members a great community of support.
