Spring is in the air and April is here!
Have you been feeling the shift of energy? Remember Nature teaches us that things bloom slowly and in their own time table. Don’t rush, slow down and savor the shift to awaking and join us in the yoga studio.
We’re excited to bring on a new teacher this month Corrie who will be offering a Hatha yoga practice for strength suitable for all levels. Catch that from 4 - 5 pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in April. May you find moments of stillness, peace, and rejuvenation this week.
In other news, we’re opening up our main floor studio for special events, workshops, coaching/training sessions or private events. If you are a teacher or facilitator looking to rent a space for your students, please contact yogaonyamhillpdx@gmail.com to inquire about rates.
Our newly renovated yoga lounge is now open on Wednesdays from 10am - 2pm. This is a community space for you, so come and hang out!
