There is a donation bin in the foyer on the ground floor of my office at 440 Forest Ave, Portland. Donations will go to Preble Street.

It’s bone broth season! Fall is the time of year when I start making my own homemade bone broth by simmering a bone in a crockpot with white vinegar for about 48 hours. Then I freeze it in ice cube trays. This makes it easy to remove just a little bit at a time for my morning wellness elixir. Be well, stay well!
